I am
a holistic
nutritionist and
leader in the world
of food and health
as well as a mother
of three. My
specialty is helping
busy moms create
better health for
themselves and their
families. I also
help people with
cancer and other
chronic illnesses
thrive, not just
survive.

My approach
integrates whole
food and healthy
lifestyle with the
reality of living in
our busy, often
chaotic, world. I
have a private
health counseling
practice in
Westchester, NY. In
addition to working
with people one on
one, I teach group
programs in the
tri-state area and
throughout the world
with distance
learning and
e-books.
I am the founder of
Better School Food,
a coalition of
health
professionals,
educators, and
concerned parents,
whose mission is to
raise awareness
about the connection
between better food
and better health. I
am one of the
Two Angry
Moms in the
upcoming film of the
same name.
Before I became a
holistic
practitioner, I was
a dentist for 14
years. At the turn
of the century, I
left dentistry to
study nutrition and
chose the Institute
for Integrative
Nutrition in NYC for
its unique approach
to food. Since
graduating in 2000,
I continue my
studies by attending
several national
conferences each
year in the areas of
nutrition, holistic
health, and
botanical medicine.
By studying with
such leaders in the
field as Andrew
Weil, M.D. and
Annemarie Colbin,
PhD; herbalists Drew
Di Vitorrio and Pam
Leahy, nutritionist
Marc David and other
healers, I have more
to draw from to help
my clients. I
believe we’re never
done learning!
I love inspiring
people to find a
better way to
improve their health
by increasing their
Food IQ. I’m NOT an
expert chef – I’m a
busy mom to who
cares about raising
a healthy family. My
three daughters
continue to be my
inspiration and
greatest teachers.
If I can do this,
you can too!
