		<description>YUP, colors and other additives are already in there and you can bet your bottom dollar I covered traditional vs. industrial fats.

The good news is my portion of the course has been doubled for the fall. Students felt it was the most pertinent piece of the curriculum!</description>

		<description>I see this is late in coming, but there&#039;s always the next class... I think emphasis should be placed on ubiquitous additives like artificial colors; the general public seems to not even think about such things.

And, although probably already in your plan, coconut oil should have a good study specifically for it, especially about its history and how the public came to believe that it was unhealthy.</description>
