I spent some time this morning pulling up weeds in my lawn and my flower beds. Weeds never cease to amaze and inspire me. I can learn loads from their persistence and resilience.  Even better than that, I can supplement my lunch! My lawn hasn’t been sprayed with anything for the past 12 years, so I’m not hesitant to harvest some tender baby dandelion greens.
